catching up

I have been such a lame and lazy blogger lately. There is just so much going on here that I can't quite keep up! Nothing big or super exciting - just everyday life, really. Little lady is playing in the pool so I'm gonna try a quick update ...

As you can see we are having summer-like weather, finally, which means pending a lot of time outside.

Ruby is loving dandelions. I have taken approximately 700 photos of her doing this.

Last week a box arrived in the mail .... and in it was my Mother's*Day present ...

Isn't she so pretty?? Her name is Belle.

Brian told me about my new camera bag on Mother's Day so I knew it was coming soon ... but I just didn't know what color. When I asked him he replied with "the only one they had in stock" ... and I was secretly hoping it was this one. Lucky me!! I love the bag. Check them out and get one for yourself!!

Last weekend my cousin, Cindy, and I went to afternoon tea. It was so yummy and delicious - and so posh!! I unfortunately did not take my camera ... not sure why because I have that fancy new bag, too.

Ruby has a new favorite snack - dried mango. She eats about a bag a day. I'm not joking. And the stuff is not cheap!

Kaneu scored his first goal!! We celebrated by going to the zoo. He is really getting into football and wants to practice just about everyday. He is getting so big and I am aware that I am in denial that he will be turning six in July. Boohoo. AND he has a wiggly tooth!! Yikes. I cannot believe it.

Well that is what we have been up to, in a nutshell. Now I am off to relax before Kaneu gets home and we have to leave for tennis. We are nonstop around here!! Mama is tired!!

Oooo... I love belle!!! I also love all these photos, adorable as ever! Spencer has a dried mango obsession as well. It's gotten to the point he can only have them on special occasions since it is out. Of. Control. Fun times there!

Love love love the pics, Ruby is such a beauty and Kaneu is a little star! Esp loving the picture of Ruby & the dandelion! By the way, when you come to Hawaii, you can stock up on the dried mango, it's practically a staple here...tons of it :)

It's been lovely here too - so hard to sit inside on a computer when you can be out in the sun. Don't blame you taking 700+ pics of the dandilions - adorable!
And no 6?! Goodness no!
And one last thing - that is the most BEAUTIFUL camera bag EVER! Love that she has a name too.

Great update! Love the dandelion photos. And, I have to say that is THE MOST beautiful camera bag I've ever seen. How fun. Yaaay for Kaneu's first goal! Cute pics in front of the ferret-mongoose-looking critters.

Also, Brian's company has recently acquired a data center in London, so he will probably have to travel there this year. D and I are planning to tag along for a vacation. I would love to try and meet up with you while we're there!
